MR. MILIND LADDHA
A passionate & experienced Team Saga led by Milind Laddha who has a track record of taking on challenging designs and executing into products. It was a vision of Mr. Laddha that led to establish a plant near Mumbai and invest in Microwave technology for extruded rubber products.
One of the pioneers in using microwave technology for extruded rubber products, Milind Laddha is a bright engineer from VJTI, Matunga 1993 batch and has nearly 3 decades of experience in the field of rubber products. He has a keen eye for learning and adopting new technologies. He started his business journey with flocking on rubber and then very early in his career, he did backward integration to move on to manufacturing of extruded rubber products. To get deeper insight into the rubber manufacturing, he equipped himself with a formal also did a course at the UDCT (now ICT) in rubber technology conducted by the AIRIA. Using this education and economic acumen, he has successfully guided the company to manufacturing a wide range of high-quality products catering to various industries. Milind Laddha has inculcated & maintained entrepreneurial & Customer First culture in each member of Team Saga. Mr. M. J. Laddha
Our Chairman, Mr. M. J. Laddha is an engineering graduate of 1967 batch and has an enormous experience in various industries and in various capacities.
His expertise and experience in operations and finance continues to add lot of value in maintaining a lean, efficient and productive organization. His vision and strategies ensure sustainable growth for Saga Elastomer and it’s customers.
He has worked professionally as Director with Prabhat Udyog Ltd. (manufacture of Stoves, Petromax Lamps, etc.), CEO with Orbit exports Ltd (manufacture and exports of textiles) and EDEN Agencies (manufacturer and exporter of textile upholstery and curtains) prior to joining Milind’s vision.
Siddhesh w. Hajare
Introducing Mr. Hajare, our new General Manager- Operations at Saga! With 17 years of diverse industry experience, his expertise encompasses a wide spectrum, notably in Rubber Part Manufacturing, with comprehensive knowledge of processes such as Mixing, Rubber Moulding, Phosphating, Bonding, and Cryogenic Deflashing. Additionally, he possesses a solid understanding of ERW & CDW Steel Tube processes, and strategic operations. Mr. Hajare holds Master Certifications in Rubber Compounding, Compression Moulding, and Cost Estimation from Thailand’s TechnoBiz International. He excels in feasibility studies, process enhancements, and quality assurance and control. In his current role as GM-Operations at Saga, Mr. Hajare oversees crucial aspects of our operations, ensuring seamless productivity and profitability. His certification in ISO 9001, IATF, VDA6.3 and TPM underscores his commitment to excellence and process optimization. Mr. Hajare’s impact transcends borders—he’s visited Germany for industry conventions and excels in global standards like ISO implementation. His leadership shines in production, profitability, quality enhancement, and process optimization.
Pooja Trupesh Mishra
With 15 years of rich experience in Financial accounting & Administration, Ms. Pooja Trupesh Mishra spearheads the finance and accounts for Team Saga. She is an alumnus of SDSM College of Commerce, Palghar and has been core member of Team Saga since last more than a decade who has developed the Team from scratch. Apart from handling finance and accounting, Ms. Pooja has been responsible for setting up processes for Team Saga in every department- Manufacturing, Exports, Sales & dispatch.
Virendar Suryabali Singh
Mr. Singh has been part of Team Saga since nearly a decade and been responsible for production and dispatch. A core member of Team Saga having experience in rubber production of nearly a decade been responsible for setting up processes increasing speed of manufacturing to benefit our customer. Being an Arts graduate from Kanpur university, Mr. Singh took production as a challenge and is always eager to learn & implement new concepts and ideas. He has now taken additional responsibility of machinery maintenance as well and has a good understanding of microwave line operations.
Devendra Baban Joshi
Mr. Joshi, Assistant Manager – Production at Saga Elastomer, oversees the daily moulding production activities. With his strong background in production management, he ensures seamless operations while maintaining top-notch efficiency and quality standards. Devendra works closely with his team to meet production targets and constantly seeks ways to improve moulding processes. His expertise continues to drive our production excellence.
Sahil Dhure
Sahil has joined Saga Elastomers as a Technical Sales Engineer bringing with his prior experience in Automotive Industry as well as B2B sector. He is a B.Tech graduate in Mechanical Engineering from NMIMS University, Mumbai. His primary responsibilities are to Collaborate with the design, production and R&D department, Quality, inspect and resolve queries & sales support in technical aspects with Sales Management. Consultation for technologically and scientifically advanced products to increase business.
Pooja Patel
Pooja has joined Saga Elastomer as a Sales Promotion Executive, bringing Six years of sales promotion experience from the healthcare and chemical industries. She holds a Post Graduate degree in Commerce from Mumbai University, equipping her with skills to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. Her main responsibilities include creating awareness of our services and products, offering tailored solutions to customer needs, and converting inquiries into long-term business relationships. Additionally, she oversees tendering processes and initiatives related to the Government E-Marketplace (GEM), the Indian Railway E-Procurement System (IREPS), and other government procurement portals.
Shilpa Rahul Singh
Mrs. Singh has joined Team Saga as a Purchase Executive. Her primary role and responsibilities include maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices. This involves preparing reports on purchases, including cost analyses. Shilpa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com) from Mumbai University, providing her with a solid foundation in business practices and financial management. With prior experience in the healthcare industry as an Admin Assistant, she is well-suited for the role of Purchase Executive and is a valuable addition to Team Saga.
Bhavesh Anil Mestry
Mr. Mestry is part of Saga as Assistant Manager – Production and is responsible for handling day-to-day production activities for Extrusion Operations. With 3 years of industry experience, Bhavesh has previously worked with leading pharmaceutical machine manufacturers and sheet metal production companies. He holds a B.Sc in Automotive Technique and is currently pursuing an MBA in Operations. In his role, Bhavesh ensures efficient production processes, collaborating with senior management to drive operational improvements and ensure the smooth functioning of extrusion operations.
Aarti Shivkumar Gautam
Ms. Gautam has joined Team Saga as a Sales Coordinator. With 4 years of valuable experience in the Chemical & Oil Lubricant industry, she brings a strong foundation in business and commerce, supported by her Post Graduate degree in M.Com. Aarti will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless communication between our esteemed customers and the dispatch team. She will manage both domestic and export sales, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. In addition to her responsibilities, Aarti will handle MIS, contributing to enhancing the decision-making process within our organization. Her expertise in MIS will streamline internal sales operations and contribute to a more efficient and customer-centric approach.
Nandini Shivkrishna Mishra
Ms. Mishra has joined Saga Elastomer as an Account Executive. With a B. Com degree in Banking & Insurance, and as a newcomer to the industry, her willingness to learn and adapt shines through in her work. In this role, she will be responsible for managing crucial accounting processes. Nandini’s organizational skills ensure that all tasks are executed accurately and efficiently. She will also handle various accounting responsibilities to support the team and ensure timely and effective operations.
Rahul Ramesh Dubla
Mr. Dubla has joined Saga as a Jr. Production Assistant. Prior to joining us, he has worked as a Quality Control and as a Field Maintenance Engineer, specializing in ETIM machines and computer maintenance. In his new role, Mr. Dubla will assist with overseeing and managing the extruder program operations. His expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the production process. With a BA in Economics, Mr. Dubla’s analytical mindset will be an asset to our team. We are confident that his passion for excellence and commitment to maintaining high standards will make him an indispensable part of Saga.
Manoj Mishra
Mr. Mishra comes with 5 years of experience in various industries. In his current role at Saga, he is an essential part of our Mixing Department. With his extensive experience and knowledge in handling materials and coordinating tasks, Mr. Mishra plays a vital role in ensuring that the mixing processes are carried out with precision and efficiency. His expertise ensures that all materials are accurately mixed and ready for further production, meeting our high-quality standards.
Jayesh Harichandra Tare
Mr. Tare has joined Saga Elastomer as Dispatch Supervisor. With 6 years of experience in the industry, he has honed his skills in dispatch and plant operations. Mr. Tare’s key responsibilities include coordinating outgoing shipments, preparing meticulous shipping documentation, and collaborating with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries. He will also oversee inventory management, organize and maintain stock, manage logistics within our plant, and ensure proper documentation for stored goods. We are excited to welcome Mr. Tare to Team Saga, confident that his experience and dedication will greatly enhance our operations.
Ashish Patil
Mr. Patil is the Jr. Production Assistant at Saga Elastomer. He has a degree in computer engineering and brings with him 5 years of experience in the textile industry. Mr. Patil’s responsibilities include supporting production processes, assisting with day-to-day operations, and ensuring smooth workflow within the production team. He plays a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and adhering to production standards.
Rupa Ram
Ms.Rupa has joined Saga Elastomer as a Management Trainee – Marketing. Despite being a fresher, she brings a dynamic blend of academic prowess with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and practical skills acquired through a Digital Marketing Course. Her role involves posting products on Alibaba.com, updating product descriptions on IndiaMart, managing samples, creating and maintaining tender documents, and crafting engaging social media posts. Additionally, Rupa will assist in editing videos, enhancing our visual content for marketing purposes. Rupa’s diverse skill set and proactive approach make her an invaluable asset to the team, contributing significantly to our online presence, marketing efforts, and overall sales strategies.
Niranjan Bhoir
We are pleased to introduce Niranjan Bhoir, who has recently joined our team as the Lab In-Charge & Compound Development Specialist. Niranjan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Technology, bringing a solid foundation of knowledge and expertise to our organization. With 1.5 years of industry experience, Niranjan has developed a keen understanding of chemical processes and compound development, making him a valuable addition to our team
Zaid Memon
Mr. Memon has joined Saga Elastomer as a Marketing Executive. He has a Master’s degree in Management Studies with Marketing Specialization. With 1 year of experience in the FMCG sector in the B2C segment and previously worked in Social Media Marketing. His roles & responsibilities include lead generation, enhancing brand visibility, conducting market research, and updating SEO strategies. We’re confident that he’ll play a key role in driving our marketing efforts and contributing to the company’s continued growth.
Pratik Singh Chandel
Mr. Singh has joined Saga Elastomer as an HR and Admin Executive. With 4.5 years of experience in HR and administration within the pump industries, Pratik brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. He holds an MBA in HR, which has equipped him with the skills to manage a wide range of HR functions and administrative tasks effectively. In his new position, Pratik will be responsible for recruitment and staffing, conflict resolution, employee engagement, career development, and managing training programs. Additionally, he will handle policies reporting, payrolls, and contribute to culture building to achieve the desired results.
Satyaprakash Chaudhary
Mr. Chaudhary has joined Saga Elastomer as a Management Trainee. With a BE in Mechanical Engineering, he will coordinate with the New Product Development (NPD) department on design, production, and R&D. His responsibilities include supporting the design process, overseeing production activities, assisting with R&D efforts, and managing documentation related to product development.
Devang Manish Chaudhari
Mr. Chaudhari has joined Saga Elastomer as a Management Trainee – Production. With a BE in Mechanical Engineering, Devang will contribute his engineering background to support our production operations. His responsibilities will include assisting with production planning, improving operational processes, and ensuring the smooth execution of production activities.
Nikhil Shelar
Mr. Shelar has joined Saga Elastomer as a Quality Executive. He holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering and comes with a solid background in quality and production roles. Nikhil has previously worked at as a QA/QC Engineer and Production Engineer. In his role at Saga Elastomer, Nikhil will focus on maintaining product quality, implementing quality assurance protocols, and driving improvements in production processes.
Manusankar Kutty
Mr. Kutty has joined Saga Elastomer as an Accounts Assistant. With a B. Com degree, he brings a year of experience, he worked as an Account Payable. In his role at Saga Elastomer, Manusankar will handle a range of accounting duties, including processing accounts payable, maintaining financial records, and assisting with various financial operations.
