We can create solid or sponge rubber products in various materials like EPDM, Silicone, FKM, Nitrile, Neoprene, SSBR, SBR, etc.
Our hardness ranges from 40 to 85 Shore A for solid rubber and 0.4 to 0.7 density for sponge rubber. We also offer black and custom colours to meet your specific needs.

We have end to end process driven manufacturing with 2 kneaders (55 litres & 25 litres), 2 mixing mills – one for master and other for curing (stock blender). We use automatic weighing machines for precision of raw material and use rheometer to ensure quality of each batch.
We have 2 conventional extruders with autoclave of 6.5mtrs & 2 CV (microwave) lines.
For moulding we have 4 compression moulding machines
We have a state of the art machine for Splice Jointing as well
