Team Saga is scaling up and looking for enthusiastic professionals who are ambitious, analytical, caring & most importantly, team builders. We are on a lookout for a highly competent Technical Sales Manager to spearhead planning and execution of marketing activities which are in line with our Education Marketing Strategy: Learn, Share, Collaborate.

Job responsibilities

  • Team Leadership:
    Supervise and provide leadership to a team of Technical Sales Engineers, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
    Set clear sales targets and objectives for the team and monitor performance against goals.
  • Sales Strategy development & execution:
    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base and achieve revenue targets.
    Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Key Customer Management:
    Develop and execute strategies for effectively managing relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
    Conduct regular business reviews with key customers to understand their evolving needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
    Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for key customers within the organization, coordinating cross functional support to meet their requirements.
  • Export Business Management:
    Oversee all aspects of export business operations, including order processing, logistics coordination, and documentation compliance.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of export orders and timely delivery to customers.
  • Sales Performance Analysis:
    Monitor sales performance metrics, including revenue, margins, and market share, and provide regular reports and analysis to management.
    Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize sales performance and profitability.

Qualifications
Qualifications Required: Engineer with MBA in Business/Marketing.

Experience
– 7-9 years in marketing B2B segment. (Rubber Industry exposure preferred).
– Team Management experience—A Must Have
